Appointment Cancellations

We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notice Period:

    • We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.

  2. How to Cancel:

    • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email at appointments@okijaspiritualhealing.com or call us at +123-456-7890. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time.

  3. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee will be 50% of the service cost booked.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future services.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy applies to all payments made for services at Okija Spiritual Healing.

  1. Service Refunds:

    • If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a partial or full refund, or a credit towards a future service.

  2. Prepaid Services:

    • Refunds for prepaid services will be provided if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

We may update our cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it regularly to stay informed about our policies.
